In 2004 few new mini web-sites in English were contributed to our project by Samara schoolchildren teams.
You are very welcome to browse through these resources and get to know more about our Samara city!
Due to the pages of our project the journalist from the Netherlands visited our city in September 2002! Ms. Van der Meer will spoke in her radioprograms about children from Samara, who write in Internet about their motherland. Photoreport about the visit with text in Russian you may see here. "Samarskaya Luka" journal twice published works from our Hypermediabook. In issue #10 (2002) compositions from 4 web pages were presented together with illustrations and screenshots. For issue #11 (2003) photos from our photoalbum were chosen. All children - authors, whose works were published, got their issues of the journal. First version of the photoalbum "How Wonderful Is Our Land!" is opened. You may enjoy landscapes, poetry (in Russian), flash presentation. Schoolchildren and their parents are welcome to send photos about Volga river and Samara region.Photoalbum design and flash were done by schoolchildren, brothers Yakunins. This project started in 1997. Almost every year a group of Samara schoolchildren added their web sites to this Hypermediabook. All web pages are dedicated to Samara region: its history, culture, nature, people. The Russian version of the Book contains now 66 compositions, English one - 11. All of them are written and illustrated by children. We continue the project, assisting pupils in writing and web mastering.
